Our company provides co-op style profit sharing with field crews to recognize the hard and harsh work they get done. We recruit top talent tower climbers and currently have over 6 crews spread across the lower 48.

We will inspect the tower for any discrepancies, measure plumb & twist, and gather guy wire tensions

Through non-destructing testing we can gather foundation type, size, and rebar locations. With an invasive approach we will get rebar size, as well as unique foundation size/ type
Site walk
We will perform a site visit gathering all desirable information and photos. Or our opinion on the best way to perform an invasive mapping / difficult to reach.

I started my journey shortly after graduating from NCSU with a Bachelor in engineering and minor in business. In 2018 I joined the telecom sector as a field technician and quickly excelled at my work. In 2020 I started my own mapping business and have been growing since!
I strive for quick, clear communication and a product that is competitive in pricing but is outstanding in quality. I want it to feel like we are working together as a team and so I treat every job with the same level of diligence. Having seen and done countless mappings in the last 7 years, I know what it takes to get a quality mapping done.
My team of climbers are dependable, safe, and happy to talk to you too. I provide a work environment where all voices are heard and meet with all of climbers twice a month to go over safety protocols, general concerns, and continued education. My company operates with CO-OP style profit sharing, giving back a large percentage of profits to the climbing crews. This overtime has created a work environment where they want to be the best, want to do a great job, and want a successful project.
